Senior Project Controls Engineer / Project Controls Lead

As of May-08, assigned to PNG LNG facility as Project Controls Lead for the LNG facility. Initial assignment includes stewarding a Feed competition between Chiyoda and Bechtel with feed deliverable to be a LSTK EPC bid for the LNG facility. Responsibilities include cost stewardship of the FEED competition as well as developing Gate 3 deliverables for full funding. Also responsible for execution planning development for an 'Early Works' program that has an emphasis on infrastucture development. 

As of Dec-09, assigned to Kizomba Satellites as Project Controls Lead for Topsides. Assignment includes mobilization to Angola, Luanda, to oversea onshore fabrication. Responsibilities include cost stewardship for the Reimbursable Cost Contract, Progress Measurement, Productivity Analysis, Logistics Planning to support Offshore HUC campaigns, POB Management, and Shut Down Planning. Also responsible for mentoring new and experienced hires in ExxonMobil Processes and EMCAPS requirements. Deliverables included Weekly & Monthly reporting with project defined metrics (productivity, Rundown Curves, Systems Completions, etc.)
